"Het hotel was pas twee dagen open. Daardoor waren er natuurlijk wat opstartprobleempjes. Zag er allemaal strak en kleurrijk uit. Medewerkers moesten in het restaurant nog wel even wennen. Duurde vrij lang eer ze langs kwamen om te vragen wat we wilde drinken en om de kaart te brengen. De kaart was met opzet erg summier. Kan niet anders zeggen dat de pasta's voortreffelijk waren. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Kortom een prima verblijf."
