Good hotel.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, good restaurant and bar. Mattress a bit soft for me personally but other than that good hotel. Well placed for town centre and Brabbanthallen, short car journey.

This hotel has a great friendly staff, very nice atmosphere, good food and we loved the beds, so comfortable! The bathroom could’ve been in a little better shape but overall we had a great stay and will definitely stay here again.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful offering suggestions of what I should see and do. The room was spacious and the bath tub was spectacular! The breakfast every morning was delicious and the restaurant’s dinner menu was wonderful.

Hotel was lovely , dined and a couple of drinks in the evening . Service very slow from young staff. Experience needed for Saturday night.

The hotel is fine. The staff very friendly, helpful and approachable. They gave tips and helped us well. The rooms are a bit dated, but it was a bed, a breakfast and then hop out into the area. Restaurant is also good, good value for money. They could earn even more if they visited us more often when our glasses were empty.

Nice lake nearby with walks around it. Room spacious and good internet. Can be noisy if on the road side. Air conditioning very loud and useless. Room was very hot in the summer. Good blackout curtains. Good breakfast. Only facilities nearby is a McDonalds. Lots of parking and Tesla charging points.

One of the hotels I have visited in the worst condition. Only positive was The attitude of The restaurant employee. Food bad, condition very poor. Waiting in receception everytime I went there until The embarrased restaurant people spottes me and was searching for someone for The reception.

Really don’t like surprise costs at check in/out. As I came by car, EUR 5 parking costs. Keep in mind this is not city center, it is just a simple way to make more money. Also I needed to pay close to EUR 10 at check in as there was a difference with the amount I paid when booking… I discussed it and in the end didnt need to pay for it. Very shady. Accomodation further was fine for a budget hotel.

Little bit disappointed

We booked for 4 : 2 adults and 2 children, wh3n we arrived the sofa didn't have sheets. I noticed it to the reception and we left to eat outside, when we came back after eating, sheets were laid on the table and it wasn't the good size! That's not what i am expecting when i pay more than 200euros per night !!! The rest of the hotel is fine but nothing more.
