My experience with this hotel was quite awful, sheets weren’t changed as you could still see hair from the previous stay, you were ID when going for breakfast, the doors are never locked so anyone can basically walk into the hotel, ice all around the property they did a poor job removing snow and the leftovers turned into ice . Parking was $20 and a block down you can park for $10. Solid 2 out of 5, I wouldn’t recommend.

There was a lot of Snow but they didnt bother clearing it from the parking lot. It was very slippery and dangerous. Also want to go swimming but the pool was really dirty and dead flies in it.

When booking it did not state to use the pool or go for breakfast we would need to go outside and walk to another part of the hotel. We asked for a room without having to go outside but we're not accommodated. It's January in Canada! The bathroom had stains on the wall. Overall did not feel clean

Would not recommend this place. Stayed here for one night and found a cockroach crawling into my open drink and under the tv stand. Brought it to the managers attention for him to tell me there is nothing he can do and was quite rude about it. Pool and hot tub need to be updated. We order two rooms one was good the other needed repair hotel staff were helpful for us to move rooms however feel all rooms should be updated. However for the price and January weather was good.

1st day they gave us 1st floor room#110. I was in basement . Floor was dirty and bad smell of swimming pool . Lot of noise of people's coming and going . Plus beside room door open and shuts the banging noise wake us so many times. . Same night I complaint about it and told them move us from this room . They told us ask us tm . Them they gave us room #810 . But same near by elevator noise But we spend our day and come back home . Breakfast time is very early . 6.30 to 9.30. we have to put alarm for wakeup to have break fast . People stay in hotel for relax not for sleep in tension to have breakfast in morning. Rest are ok .

To be honest, going to this hotel since 2018, been here at least 10 times or more. It is reasonable but they definitely need some renovations, the elevators smell old and moldy same with the hallways, another guest was in the elevator with us said the same thing that it smells moldy. The breakfast is good, but we have decided we won't be staying at this hotel anymore, they don't even let you check in early, we stayed at Hamptons in downtown Toronto, they let us check in early at no additional cost and gave us breakfast for free!
