The location was super convenient due to it being walking distance from a majority of the must-see tourist spots. The staff were super friendly, and the property was overall very clean.

The room was perfect for us, not requiring anything fancy. The hot water for the shower did take a while to heat up. But the location could not be beat! Everything was within walking distance, 2 mins to Bourbon St and 10 mins to Jackson Square.

We loved our stay in one of the suites. It was just overnight, but we enjoyed it. The staff were attentive and welcoming. I personally loved the fact that there was nice water pressure and that the drain was quick in the bathtub. 😃 Gotta love that. And, it was a short walk within the French Quarter to get to any of the hotspots.

Convenient location to the french quarter but not noisy/loud. Room was clean and what we needed for a 2 night stay. 18 min walk to the dirext bus ride to airport which only costs $1.25. They also offered bottled water, map, keyless card entry for the stay. Think the mattress needs replacement and the toilet needs to be reinstalled.

Great location two blocks from Bourbon Street so it was close to all the action yet just far enough to have some peace and quiet. The building is very old but well restored. My room was very small but as a solo traveler, it was just fine. Two people might feel rather cramped in the rooms with the full sized beds. What it lacked in amenities it made up for in charm. Cool bar across the street was a nice place to unwind after the chaos of Bourbon Street. Would definitely stay here again. Also, don't worry, I didn't see any ghosts. ;)

I have no complaints with Ann on Saint Peter except for the tub and sink drained very slow, leaving standing water when showering or washing my face in the sink! There were a lot of knats in the room as well, but other than those things the room was good, the location was perfect around everything! We really enjoyed ourselves!

Great hotel in a perfect location. Very quiet and safe, but only 2 blocks off Bourbon St. Stayed in a Deluxe King room that opened up to the wrap-around balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No on-site parking, but look online and there is plenty of affordable parking in the CBD. Will stay again next time we're in New Orleans!
