"Nice hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Room was very good. I liked the rooftop area with bar and very nice pool. Good location. It's very close to the red light district which has loads of bars and restaurants - not all are sleazy! Try Juniper Hotel bar on the 12th floor. Great views. It's on Street 130 (one street from Sun & Moon). Quay area is nice and Royal Palace is walkable."

"Citadines is an excellent choice if you’re in Phnom Penh for business. Its location is not ideal if you fancy a walk about as there isn’t much within walking distance, but tuck-tucks are readily available to transport you to the Central Market or riverside area for between 2 to 3 dollars.
