It was the communication from the property. I booked it last minute and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We had to then add an extra person and again, they couldn’t be faulted with comms and assistance. Defo booking the Nautilus again. Thanks you so much.

Such a lovely welcome. Lady at reception was very friendly, accommodating, and gave us an upgrade for free, as I had booked the wrong room! Really well appointed, clean, great views straight out to Napier waterfront. Parking was straight outside. On-site restaurant had yummy food. Would definitely stay here again

Unfortunately the rooms are a bit tired looking. I had a room on the ground floor which was terribly noisy. I’m not sure the windows on the bifolds are double glazed so every vehicle that drove past was very loud. For this reason, I wouldn’t chose to stay here again :(

Lovely views, It was noisey due to road traffic in front of building, there was a few carpet stains and the wallpaper is looking a bit tired. The windows could do with a clean to admire your view. The room was spacious.
