"We spent three nights at Dulikhel Lodge during our trip to Nepal in January. This is a very well kept property with excellent views of the Himalayas from most of the rooms. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. I would have rated it higher if it was not for one detail. "The property was beautifully designed, comfortable and the breakfast provided was delicious. The only downside was the courtyard was very brightly lit at night and the curtains were very thin white fabric which meant the room was not dark at nighttime and prevented me from a good nights sleep. The taxi was unable to get to the property due to the narrow streets so you need to carry your bags a short distance which is not a problem. "I thought the staff was great, but this area and location is a bit rough, so you may face some cold nights and lack some creature comforts. I stayed 4 nights, which may have been two too many as there really wasn’t a whole lot to do at night. Still the day hiking was nice and the hotel restaurant was nice. "

"All of the staff were super friendly, and were always eager to assist. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfy. There were several restaurants available on the property, and they all served tasty food, including the breakfast buffet. The spa, pool, and gym were also lovely. It was an amazing experience to stay here,and I definitely would stay again."
