"This hotel is a bit old school but i love how they have so much to do. There’s a pool and a spa and also a seven eleven inside the hotel which gives easy access to late night food and snacks. Overall a lovely environment with friendly staff."

"During my recent trip to Japan, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nikko two separate times at the beginning and end of my journey. The hotel is an excellent choice for its convenient location near Narita Airport and the overall comfort of the stay.
**Service & Amenities**
The hotel staff was exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful throughout both stays.
The rooms were identical in layout. The first room was a bit warm, but the staff promptly provided fans, which was a huge help. Both rooms were clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable rest. I was also very impressed with the variety of on-site amenities, including a convenient store, a gift shop, a restaurant, and a designated smoking room. The breakfast was a great experience, offering a wide variety of food, a supplement bar, and a matcha station.
**Shuttle Service & Location**
The complimentary shuttle bus service was a standout amenity. The coach-style bus was comfortable and the service was incredibly timely for both airport pickups and drop-offs. The shuttle schedule is conveniently displayed in the hotel lobby.
For future travelers, the shuttle bus to and from the airport can be found at Terminal 1, Platform 16. This service also provides easy access to the train, making it a favorite and highly practical feature. I also appreciated that a 7-Eleven is located within walking distance.
Thank you to the entire staff for making my stays so comfortable."
"We arrived at Narita Airport from USA around 4pm and got our rental car. 2 family members were flying in at 10pm and we wanted to drive at that time to a town near Mt Fuji for a few days. We rented this hotel room and napped for 4-5 hours. Well worth the $50-60 to be rested for a 2.5hr drive after a long day. "
"The property is a little dated but clean and spacious rooms. Staff were lovely and there is a convenience store open till 11pm inside the lobby.
You receive 1 ticket to adjacent onsen which was wonderful. Onsen has restaurants, bars and bathing too which was amazing! The air conditioning was not very good for a hot night but it was passable for the price I paid.
My only complaint was that the shuttle bus is only every 2 hours ….i had just missed one so had wait and a taxi was $50 to get to the hotel as its not super close to the airport."
"Basbas was a terrific concierge. He made us feel very welcome.
Also swimming pool, sauna and bath were in good condition.
The breakfast buffet was great as well…nice selection, helpful staff. "
"The hotel is clean. Staff are helpful. Smoking room was convenient. Breakfast is great and good value. The beds were smaller than we expected. Shuttle bus service was only available before noon. (Not sure about other hotels but I found it not convenient). "
