"Pur stay was great overall but i felt that there were wayyyy too many foreign visitors that killed the japan experience so i did not get any bath house time. There noise discipline needed to be more strict and mindful for other guests in house. "I have stayed at this hotel a couple times which is why I always go back. They had a lot of people at the front desk to help with the flow of things.
