Thank you all employees/staff of Sultan Gardens Resort, who I think the main reason of hotel success, as there are many nice hotels same like Sultan, but not all nice hotels have these polite, gentle and respectful staff. "The hotel grounds and pools are lovely. The staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are roomy with a large balcony overlooking a pool area, beds are comfortable and rooms are clean but a bit dated, The all inclusive is not worth it, drinks choice is awful and wine is only served with meals, only red and white no rose ! Food is okay but bland and caters more for Russian guests , better at the Grill where we had lunch every day, the main restaurant is hectic and not as nice, we mostly had dinner out of the hotel but the Bhorat and the Blue Dome are lovely and you get a discount if you are a guest at the hotel, This could be a gem of a hotel if they got the all Inclusive aspect right, better selection of drinks and cocktails, beach party that is included instead of wanting to charge you $6 for a bbq and ‘free alcohol’ when you have paid for AI The hotel is perfectly situated right in Naama Bay near everything and directly across from the Hard Rock Cafe and Soho Square, bars and shops "
