"We had a wonderful time staying at the Motto Hotel. The lobby has a buzzy, lively, and exciting atmosphere with staff eager to greet guests and help you. I especially wanted to say a big Thank You to Ali, she was exceptionally nice, welcoming and helpful throughout our time there. The toiletries were a thoughtful and generous amenity for guests. The room was quaint and clean. Just wished there were closets and draws to put your clothes in. "

"Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Room and public parts of the hotel are clean. Lobby looks nice and seems like a good place to socialize. Room cleaning schedule can feel a little bit random -- housekeeping doesn't necessarily come every day, though housekeeper did leave me extra towels and shampoo, etc., I guess to cover when they weren't coming. Provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, etc. all smell very nice. Hotel restaurant food is okay, but feels a bit pricey for what you get. You can order takeout to the hotel, and they'll have the delivery folks leave it on a shelf across from the front desk for you. There is a guest laundry room in the basement. "

Made my trip Magical.

"As a front desk employee at another hotel myself, this property blew my expectations out the water. I visited with my significant other for a special trip and they made it extra special for us with decorations and goodies. The room was very clean as well as the linen, from the towels to the sheets, they were all clean and soft. The customer service was spectacular as I was met with smiles upon arrival and smiles when checking out. The housekeepers did a fantastic job when service was needed and did so in a timely fashion. Overall, an impressive stay and I will definitely be returning for another trip at the Courtyard in Westbury."
