The staff was kind and attentive, we had a family dinner in the restaurant and they kept it open until past midnight for us to finish dinner. Also, they allowed us to enter the pool before the opening hour and sell us coffees the day we departure, even if it was past the breakfast time. "Our second time here and just as good as first. Clean comfortable (another couple of pillows would be great). Hot showers. Easy walk to town centre. Easy parking across road (you need to pay). Member of staff showed extreme kindness to elderly couple whose booking was not on her computer and sorted it all out for them- excellent service."
