"Well, where do I begin? The photo of the Hotel on Expedia was spectacular. Imagining like the Hampton Court Palace in England. The field, garden, and tranquility. Sadly, nothing liked it, it's the opposite :( However, our room was very clean and the bedding/mattress/pillows are top notch. Not to mention, Clarins toiletries. "Nice traditional Chateau undergoing renovation, but the grounds are not quite finished yet. Nice new restaurant opened now. Basic rooms are just that - a bit basic! No wardrobe or drawers in our room this time, although in the past we have been given a very nice large room. Nice views across the Rhone valley, but the grounds are still a bit of a building site!"

"A very good night sleep for an early flight back home! The reception upon arrival super nice and accommodating. Every hotel in the surrounding area completely booked solid! The little dinner dining restaurant three minutes away was also very delicious it’s called Jules! The server was attentive, curtious and overall pays attention to details! She was only one for the whole place! Outstanding!"

"We were greeted outside by a friendly welcoming member of staff with guidance on how to reach the hotel car parking. The room was basic but clean with plentiful of hot water. All staff were polite and helpful. Great stay"
