"A great modern place. The building has a full fabulous equipped kitchen, cinema, laundry facilities, pool table, lounge areas, gym and lots of working spaces. The top terrace has a great 360 view of the city and mountains. It does have an elevator. the entire experience was great. Will make sure to come back in the future. "

"Beautiful location. Unique boutique hotel next to the lake. The room (Cocoon Junior Suite) had spacious balcony with outdoor tub and peaceful view across the lake to distant mountains. Some problems with the prototype design of certain features such a bathroom taps but there was a form to fill in if anything needed fixing. It did! And they were promptly fixed. "Great little hotel. Easy to get to, comfortable room with coffee maker. Have dining options on site, but we were too tired to have dinner. Bathroom was updated. Only wish we had temperature controls in the room. It got pretty hot in there. We opened the doo, but let it a lot of mosquitoes and we were eaten alive during the night. Otherwise a nice place, would recommend. "

"Very nice property. I was surprised that there aren't more reviews. I believe the last review I saw before my stay was over a year ago. Nonetheless, great property and value, great location, very clean, and only a couple blocks from the lake in the historic center part of town. The only observation I would make is that head space is limited on the second floor due to the slanted roof. "

"An absolute gem of a hotel. The Alex delivers it all: An attentive an accommodating staff, clean and spacious rooms, excellent location just outaide of the city (but a 5-10 minute walk to the train station) great views overlooking the lake, i could go on. Will definitely be staying here again when i come back to Switzerland."

"I stayed at Hotel Vogelsang for night and I must say that it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel has ample free parking and the restaurant has really good food. The breakfast in the morning was also good. The staff at this hotel is very friendly and helpful."

"Excellent hotel at a great price. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and quiet. I could have driven around to look for a parking spot (I assume for a fee), but elected to park in the underground garage. Parking was $25USD. "
