"Absolute best! The views are unbelievable and being located between Sapa and a Hmong village made for nice walks to both places. We were there during Tet and there were few guests and only 2 staff who were the very best compared to any place I’ve been in the world. Can’t thank Vuong and Huan enough for their kindness, hospitality and fantastic cooking. Highly recommend this place and will tell my friends and family about it. "

"The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful and seemed to get along so well with each other. The place was super clean and well located to walk around sapa. Our room pretty quiet at night from street traffic. The front desk surprised us with snacks for the bus ride at 7am when we were leaving. So nice! "

"Beautiful hotel in the middle of the city . Perfect location to explore . Food was wonderful as well. The Breakfast was amazing that is provided. Rooms very comfortable but ours was tad noisy. Not sure what you could do about that? Pickelball courts across street that were public and street noise. We also used the spa which was outstanding . We all loved SAPA. The hotel was icing on the cake. Staff top notch as well . "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. Room was big and clean. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure and hot water. Walking distance to Sun Plaza, where you can get the funicular train to the cable car station to Fansipan and back, can easily walk to Sapa centre/church and lake. The only thing you have to take note is that it is a stairs only hotel, no elevator - I already knew this when I booked and was fine with it."

"For the price it was decent. Staff was very friendly and the property was clean. Just keep in mind the rooms are small and the shower is just a shower head where the whole bathroom gets wet. Again, for the price, it's fine. "

"This was a really good property location, even though the hotel was a bit dated, our rooms were massive, had a balcony that overlooked the mountains. We could listen to the roosters crowing in the morning and it was super convenient and peaceful, even though it was just a stone’s throw away from the main Sapa city area. 10/10 recommend, and would definitely stay here again. "

"Got to that hotel early morning asked if I wanted an early check-in it would cost me extra which I thought was really nice since the train got in at 6 AM. I ate at their little area. It was good. Also, when I left, they were very sweet and packed me a banana and and yogurt water which I thought was very kind. They upgraded me to a beautiful room with the window since I was staying three days. I’d recommend this place to stay "

"Comfortable. The bedsheets & towels were high grade. Room temperature was just right. There was a wide selection of food for the breakfast buffet. On our last day, they gave a complimentary boiled eggs snacks for our 6 hour trip back to Hanoi. I would recommend this hotel."
