"The concierge was very helpful with the security for my bike as I had forgotten to bring a lock with me on my trip up from Munich. He also happily upgraded my room after a misunderstanding on the booking. Downsides were, no restaurant, which I took as a given when the hotel has photographs of meals on its various sites. They were both nice, but one was spacious with a beautiful view, the other small and under the roof with a small window and not much of a view. That was disappointing.
