Top notch fitness equipment in the gym and a welcoming commons area were an unexpected bonus. Grocery store and UBahn within 8 minutes walk. Staff were superb! Very responsive to any needs we had. Definitely booking here again when next in Munich! Just have one suggestion - work on a better ventilation plan other than opening the windows when cooking. "

"Incredibly room with living area and kitchen, everything is needed for a long stay. Every detail is thought about. It is quiet, sheets are very clean, smells nice. There’s soap and shower gel in the bathroom. There are plates available in the kitchen and even two bottles of water provided. "Flawless property with everything in order: clean, quiet, comfortable, green surroundings. The owner is very nice and is paying great attention to detail. The one tiny thing I didn’t like is a slightly over-engineered Wi-Fi limited to 3Mb/1Mb, the owner helped me however resolve some difdiculties I had. I think you can purchase the “premium” Wi-Fi which would probably be faster, but I didn’t try that."

"The hotels downtown during Oktoberfest were very expensive. We chose this efficiency style apartment on the outskirts of town. It was new, comfortable, and modern.
