"Amazing experience overall. Great dive spot. Took two friends for PADI open water course - was a lifelong memory. The instructor is amazing. Facility isn’t the best, but not terrible. Not much to do around. But that’s the entire area anyways. All in all, worth it. "

"I’m completely in love with this hotel & I would definitely come back here if ever I visit Taal again. It was worth every penny - from the room, to the common spaces, to breakfast. It is walking distance to all the important places to visit. Two thumbs up!"

"Toilet not flushing , sink detached from the wall and floor, leaking from below. Staff was informed but someone came just to mop the floor. That room needs serious work. 217 , we had a reservation for two days but we left after 24 hours. "

"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"With a last minute booking, we found this place in the middle of Batangas. It is accessible with taxi (P500-600) that hotel can arrange but not public transportation friendly. The location is 20 mins (14km) away from Batangas Port, for those who intend to go the Puerto Galera, there are more options near the port, but not as pleasant as this hotel. "The first room we got was dated and not stocked with all of the dishes and silverware. The shower did not work and the TV did not have good reception. I talked to the staff and requested a different room and the room that they put us in was, beautiful. The air conditioning was amazing. , beautiful. The air conditioning was amazing. The buffet the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was outstanding, very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel."
