"The first room we got was dated and not stocked with all of the dishes and silverware. The shower did not work and the TV did not have good reception. I talked to the staff and requested a different room and the room that they put us in was, beautiful. The air conditioning was amazing. , beautiful. The air conditioning was amazing. "Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"First of all, out of a whole room you only get a tiny window and you still have bars like prison stops the circulation of air feeling suffocated. Second of all, no WiFi for 5 days after promising day after day for WiFi. 1000 peso fine for any stain on bed sheets and for any alcohol so no drinking allowed in room. "We stayed at BR for five nights. It’s definitely a good dive resort. We are snorkelers who snorkeled every day. The beach is pretty rocky so wear water shoes. The food was good. Lots of selections, and a very good selection of breakfast foods. We ate there every day. I would recommend most of the items we had, except maybe the Ceasars salad, the dressing was strong for me. "This place is perfect. Relaxing and customer service is fantastic. Struggled with the food choices. Its not the best tasting and because its very secluded and there are no other restaurants in the area its really hard to find food choices. Basically lived on french fries as that is the only thing that interest me. But the facilities and how awesome this hotel surpasses the food problem we had. I would definitely go back to this hotel.
