"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"The first room we got was dated and not stocked with all of the dishes and silverware. The shower did not work and the TV did not have good reception. I talked to the staff and requested a different room and the room that they put us in was, beautiful. The air conditioning was amazing. , beautiful. The air conditioning was amazing. "Excellent boutique hotel every room has ocean view. Low key location and area. Nice restaurant and bar and pool all overlooking the ocean. Truly amazing facility! Small hotel left my valuables in my room never locked the door. Snorkeling in front of hotel at reef, has dive shop with dive sites 5-10 minute boat ride. I travel the world extensively this location is special as is the service and attention! You will not be disappointed. "

"Amazing experience overall. Great dive spot. Took two friends for PADI open water course - was a lifelong memory. The instructor is amazing. Facility isn’t the best, but not terrible. Not much to do around. But that’s the entire area anyways. All in all, worth it. "

"Second stay at LLV and, again, even being critical couldn't find a fault. Top notch room and amenities with speedy and always polite service. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. The 109 steps up into room L88 are burning off some extra calories. Will be back!"
