"Really wonderful property. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful beach, pool and grounds. Immaculately kept. However it was the worst ‘club’ experience I have had. The regency club was oversubscribed. The staff at points were overwhelmed and service was then poor. I also suspect there were quests who weren’t even meant to be there as you were never asked for a room number. "The staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and do their best to make your holiday memorable. We celebrated an anniversary and the staff gave us cake, rose petals in hearts on the bed and generally created a special event. We stayed in the club rooms (6303) which was huge and we could see the ocean which was lovely. There was no wet smell in the room from air con so that was great. "Nice Beach, and pool. Breakfast is not impressing, and do not vary much. The hotel is away from the city, which I like, quiet most of the time. For 2 Bath, the train takes you to Hua Hin. 👍 Hotel needs some maintenance, but atmosphere and lobby is very nice. "

Exceptional staff, great food & gorgeous property!

"An absolutely beautiful property and the staff was among the best anywhere. Really wonderful. We originally got a villa but decided we'd rather have a room and the staff helped us to move to a beautiful corner room with a sea view. And this was on Christmas Eve when there was little availability. Also, the breakfasts were superb, as well as the restaurant near the beach. The only disappointment was that there was no bum gun and this is one of the most Thai properties I've ever experienced. My Thai girlfriend really struggled with this. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay. "
