"The rooms have been recently renovated. It looks like they went on the Temu app and purchased everything for the hotel. It’s all so super cheap it’s already falling apart. Some things are still super old and broken. -Fire doesn’t work -Screen door is off -The ac has a bright light u can’t turn off -the door chain, chains to nothing However, I freaking love this place. "Super quiet this time of year. The room was clean, smelled great and the managers were super open and friendly. We felt very comfortable, relaxed and welcomed. Very happy they put in the heaters. It was cold at night! Bring slippers or thick socks. The floors due to the metal being covered with wood is super cold. "

"My start was great! The room was clean enough (someone left Taco Bell in the fridge). The fridge was large and cold. There was a microwave as well. A table to work at and a table to eat at (chairs for both). Right on the lake was a big plus! A lot of folks hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t bother me none but it may bother others!"

"The rooms at the Rainbow Lodge are undergoing a significant upgrade. As we arrived, they were just re-hanging the door to our bathroom. Charles, the manager, does a great job of managing the work, and we were very comfortable with the accommodations. "It was great. The staff were very nice. The place was clea. The only problem was that we had a connecting room (where the door was locked), and we were able to hear the entire conversation of the next door neighbor when they checked in middle of the night, which disturbed our sleep. "

"We had a wonderful experience at Montage Healdsburg! The staff were all friendly and helpful, everyone was so nice and accommodating. our room was lovely with a beautiful view. There was a lovely vibe, all the buildings were designed to fit in with terrain and landscaping, so they didn't detract from the beautiful views of the vineyards and rolling hills, and the live oak trees. The spa was lovely - attentive staff, amazing massage! It was great to have the restaurant, Hazel Hill, as well as the bar/lounge, and "general store" coffee shop. Very convenient and delicious food. Enjoyed riding the e-bikes, and walking the grounds. All in all, we had a wonderful experience! "
