The staff were generally unable to converse in English and thus I had to use my broken German to try to get by - this resulted in my interactions with all but one person (a waitress at breakfast) being terse and cold - which is not/not typical for Austrians. The heat is set too low and thus led to some shivers during the night (needed two blankets to keep warm) and the shower doesn't have a...
