"A terrific hotel run by extremely friendly and helpful people. It was perfectly located for what we intended to do in Vienna, right outside the U-bahn station and only two stops from the old town and cathedral. The hotel is family run, all the staff spoke good English and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
