"The installations are amazing, it makes you feel like home. Everything the setup, the furniture, the space and other little details. I was in the first floor so I didn’t get a lot of sunlight though. My only complain is the noise. The windows are not thick enough and I could hear everything around specially at night. Otherwise I really like it."

"This was our first time in Mexico City (we usually go to Cancun or Puerto Valletta) but we decided to do a long weekend without the kiddos and check it out. The manager Gabriela was attentive, kind, and so helpful. Dani made the best coffee and was also kind and attentive. The rooms were lovely and the hotel is walkable to so much! "The staff was incredible at this property, as were the rooms and the views. The bar on the 38th floor had a great vibe and views as well. My only "complaint" was the design of the rooms in that the lighting wasn't bright enough, and there was no place in the bathrooms to hang hand towels. The design is very modern and chic, but not practical. That being said, I would stay here again. Very comfortable and great staff."
