"Great location. Amazing views. Excellent service at breakfast buffet which is impressive. Atta added his special touch in his personalized service at breakfast. "This hotel is fine but they don’t do the little things that could make it a much better experience. The buffet breakfast and Shabbat dinners are ver good but only half the foods and salads had descriptions of what it was. It was 90* in Jerusalem -why not have water available to guests in lobby? The first Shabbat we we were there the room was great. Next Shabbat when we returned - same room price- room was small and the tv and some lights were out. " Outstanding service by Joseph, many commodities provided. Simply one of the best customers service I have ever had and i traveled the world. We where greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates, it was a great experience. Details like nespresso coffee capsules, cookies, new toothbrushes and great Dead sea soap products.
