"We stayed over the Christmas Holidays and the hotel met or exceeded our expectations. All the staff were very friendly and polite with no exceptions. Hotel very clean and great rooms and the breakfast buffet was amazing. If you’re looking for a great culinary experience within the hotel try their “Soul Garden” restaurant. "The room service are bad during the night and our toilet door is broken. But the food the location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast crew are very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is near the metro, which you could travel to city center or to some tourist destination. There's McDonald's, grocery store and Chinese restaurant nearby. My best advice... buy 1 day or 3 day ticket in the metro if u travelling."
