"Very helpful staff!!! I arrived late after midnight and needed help storing luggage, and they accommodated me with both! Were very helpful throughout! Place was nice and clean and well air-conditioned. Fresh an healthy Turkish breakfast was given also."

"Before I head the place I tried to contact them couple of times no one answered.when I got there entrance was locked and no one was there. Unbelievably no one helped me through customer service. "

"No concierge, no phones, no amenities, no tv that was working, barely had wifi. Noise level is very high. Garbage truck makes noise at 1 am. Beds are not good. If you need a place for the night maybe but on a longer stay it’s not a good option. "

The property is gorgeous, truly a jewel in the New District. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet.
