"The place is pretty cool, everyone was nice, food at the restaurant was really good. The bed although comfortable had a water proof wrap so it felt like sleeping on a trash bag. The sheet wasn't fitted so it kept coming undone. Not the most relaxing sleep. "

"The hotel was lovely and the rooms were clean and spacious enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was some confusion around breakfast but other than that, it was a great stay. Only a couple of stores and restaurants nearby, but it was central enough to make a short drive to another area. "

"We loved our room BUT they gave us the wrong room so we had to tell them that we were in the wrong room and they corrected it. When I called ahead, weeks earlier I asked for a tub in the bathroom, a refrigerator and a microwave. They said that they could do it, when we got to the correct room none of those were there. It was a very nice room just wish that they had listened more."

"We booked a room here so we wouldn't be traveling in forecasted snow and ice back home after receiving a chemo treatment at the Siteman Cancer Center next door. The only downside was the Doubletrees parking garage and access to it was not handicap friendly at all. "

"The customer service was amazing- I called the hotel at 9p to let them know my flight was delayed and the lady that helped me was kind and understanding that I wouldn't arrive until midnight or possibly later.
