"This hotel was amazing. For one, they have complimentary cookies, coffee, and tea available. The staff was attentive and nice as well. The location was also convenient because it was right next to a cable car pickup station and less than 500 feet from another one. Only that sucked was that they gave us a 2 for 1 drink coupon and on said coupon it said they were open from Monday- Sunday, 4:30-9:30, but then they were closed Sunday and Monday so we couldn’t use it. "Thank you Soma House for our clean room and friendly customer service. We stayed at the Soma House for a concert we were going to at the Bill Graham Civic Center. Perfect location and within walking distance. I don't recommend walking at night. Overall, I would stay here again for another event at the Bill Graham Civic Center. "

"No AC, and older single pane windows to open. This led to listening to the loud protests going on down the street. The staff at this hotel are extraordinary in every way. That made this hotel a great San Francisco stay!"

"Great, affordable hotel with good room options. We wanted more than two beds and they had some with multiple bunk beds. The room is cozy and not a lot of extra space, but worked well for a bed and bathroom. The lounge area is also nice with some couches, tables, and a coffee machine. Location was great, too."

I would definitely stay again. I left my coat at the property and they are mailing it back to me they were also so very helpful in finding it. "

Great spot right outside the city

"Wonderfully situated right by Bart. The rooms were very cutely decorated. The working record player was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and the lobby was adorable. The parking lot was the perfect place to park our car. Go to Neal's for breakfast while you're there. The diner is across the street and you get a 15% discount being a hotel guest. "
