"We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The one and only problem was lack of signage to the various spas and pools. We kept getting lost. Apart from that we loved it. "

"As at May 2025, the property as well as the room was very clean. Looks and smell like new ;) I reached the property late at night and I could check in at the front desk without any problem. Security is also taken seriously as you need to fob in to access the elevator. The room was very quiet and you can only hear your neighbour if the tv sound is very high. The windows was sound proof but the neighbourhood is quiet anyway. The area looks safe and the hotel is a short distance from the railway station and city centre."

"The staff are absolutely lovely, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Especially the brunette woman on the reception (sorry didn’t catch her name!) She provided with us extra towels when needed, gave us plates and cutler for our room because we decided to get a takeaway as their was a members party on on the night we stayed and we just wanted a quiet night! She had a great sense of humour and made us feel really welcome. The room was massive and modern with a brilliant power shower and the bed was really comfortable. The spa was brilliant with a huge jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. We went twice over the weekend and both times was quiet enough to relax! We noticed they actually offer a crèche as well for children so you could play sports and go the spa for an hour even if you take your children which we thought was brilliant and we definitely be bringing our children next time. 10/10! "
