"The Westin New York at Times Square has been my go-to-hotel for close to a decade now. Obviously, it is perfectly located for people who want to attend Broadway shows, enjoy the Times Square area, and patronize a variety of pizza restaurants and pubs. Furthermore, the hotel staff is extremely welcoming, from the bell hops and concierges to the check-in attendants and housekeeping workers. For my latest trip, I was joined by my brother-in-law and his girlfriend (both of whom had never been to New York City), and they were highly impressed with the hotel. "

"The hotel is undergoing refurbishment and we were fortunate to stay in a renovated room number 1931. Our room was a suite with a living room with two soak queen, sofa, beds, kitchen, a dining area, two bathrooms, one with a shower. The other is just toilet and sink as well as a completely separate king-size bedroom, the room suite was huge for New York standards huge by any standards and was very comfortable. Everything was new inside of it and it was perfect for our group of six. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a microwave and a nice sink however it doesn’t have any dishes or amenities to go with that. The check-in process was a bit slow. The lobby is really small but again it seems that it is going through renovations. The gym is open 24 hours, but not really well equipped some of the floors that we noticed as we went up the elevator are still old and based on some reviews that I’ve read I think the older floor is the experience wouldn’t be quite the same, but for us with this location, the size of our room it was absolutely just a perfect place for us to stay for three nights in July. I would definitely stay again."
