"Staff was very helpful and responsive to our wants. There was a small problem with the bathroom and we were given a new room without asking for it. I recommend the valet service for your car. Even when we needed our car at 4am they delivered it in 5 minutes. We were there for 3 nights and not one scratch on our rental car. The famous riverwalk is right out the side door. There are numerous restaurants along the river as well as the riverboat rides. The room was comfortable as was the bed. "

"Told front staff Television was not working and was told she would send a serviceman to fix it but they never came. Front desk clerk told me the next day that she did not send a service order because I arrived late at hotel so no television all night and the following morning for kids. Was very upset they lied about sending a service person so kids could watch tv but it was never done. Felt as if my business wasn’t important to them"
