"Last minute decision to stay here. Have stayed many times before and it’s always a nice experience. Nice facilities, staff and bedrooms. Feels safe and secure. Only downside this time was being unable to open the bedroom window which made the room a little stuffy. "I used Just Park for overnight parking. The transfer from having the car park pin code to excellent and speedy check-in to the perfect " pod-like” room with separate w.c., comfortable bed, and small desk to work on was seamless. The room was spotless throughout. There is a very handy convenience store opposite the front entrance. I will definitely stay here again."

"Really enjoyed our stay in Cardiff - hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. My only criticism is that the rooms don’t have usb charging points for phones - I didn’t think to bring a charging plug as most hotels don’t need them nowadays - and I really don’t want to be going back and for to reception to charge my phone. It just makes the hotel seem a little dated - apart from that the hotel was nice and clean."

"One of the best traits of this property is the proximity to the Cardiff main train station. You could roll out of bed and be at the station in two minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only wish is that small toiletries would be provided in the bathroom. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Cardiff. "
