"We had reserved in Casablanca on the ocean and then were informed that we were not in that hotel but in an annex inland with no beach front , no sea view, no gym, no restaurant or dining area of any kind. The TV did not work and there was hardly any light in the room. A maintenance guy came right away with one more lamps and got the TV working, so that was nice.
