"The welcome gift was nice took a long time ti eat once u get to the buffet the staff serve u the food and that took for forever , the drinks were hot the orange and cranberry , u dont get to get what u want other than that the room was clean the pool was cloudy and had strick rules the security of the pool told mi not to move my chair it was in the sun other than that the hotel was nice cool and clean "

"Upon arrival I was greeted with open arms. The front desk staff were so nice and personable. The lobby area smells amazing. The property is nice and not high traffic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami that wants to be close to South Beach and still remain private. "

"I like that the pool was on the roof top of the building, and the decor was nice. I have stayed at your Boston location twice and liked it so much that I wanted to try your Miami location. I would highly recommend this hotel. Service Dog friendly too!"
