James Place @ Pontmorlais

3.0 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (11)
"Lovely studio, but 2 things to address: 1 - the shower is not powerful when the heat is turned up. 2- The bed is 2 singles joined together, it's on wheels, any movement and the bed just slides across the floor, maybe change the wheels to locking wheels, simple fix But I'd definitely stay again, lovely little studio."

Gorgeous, Comfortable Apartment on the High Street

3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (5)
"Absolutely fantastic place, the accommodation is modern, clean, has all the facilities of home. Bed was super comfortable, kitchen fully equipped. Location is right in the centre of Merthyr, i stayed on a Saturday night for the rugby, the town was buzzing but the windows blocked out the noise, so a good night sleep was easy. Will definitely stay here again if in Merthyr. Note: Do not be put off by the exterior, the apartment is above a restaurant that unfortunately has become a victim of...

3.5 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (2)
"My family and I enjoyed the stay at this property. Beds were comfortable, hot showers and plenty of bath water for a long soak after walking up Pen Y Fan which is just down the road. Kitchen well equipped, lots of space at the dining table. Stairs to the bedroom are steep which is normal for this type of cottage. There is a lovely outdoor space at the back. The owners went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us. "
