"Loved the room except the heating/automatic fireplace was a little frustrating to figure out. We asked the maid for only towels on day one and then didn’t get a visit from her again (we stayed 4 nights) Maybe she misunderstood There was what sounded like a large gathering with music and loud bass that lasted til midnight all 4 nights we were there. I don’t blame the hotel, but wouldn’t stay there again for that reason."

"Our stay was absolutely amazing!! This hotel is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever visited. The pool and courtyard are amazing from its multiple firetables, grill/pizza ovens to its hottub. This is by far the nicest cleanest hotel in Palo Alto. Did i forget to mention the complimentary coffee/latte machine that uses Philz coffee beans. This property also comes equipt with a golf simulator, dog wash room and a full gym. "Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days..."
