"Great hotel, great and helpful staff, very clean and has a really nice feel to it! Loved the pool area and the beach and the whole hotel so so well maintained. The vilas were beautiful and staff kept coming to give us free water and were so prompt with their service. Language is a bit of an issue in Vietnam but no complaints from the hotel, loved our stay! "

"Stayed in a Bungalow Villa. Although slightly dated , clean and with everything well thought out. Room was cleaned every day at no extra charge. Very good bar and restaurant with breakfast included. Good choice of food. Beach was stunning and so peaceful. Also hotel has a very good swimming pool which was again very clean and fresh pool towels provided daily. "We were first assigned to a villa that had faulty air con, faulty water heater, and leaking pipes. The hotel recovered by transferring us to another villa where some phones weren’t working and the pool lights were malfunctioning, which they sent some staff to fix. But when I got there, it was beyond my expectations. "We stayed at the Famiana Green Villa and were upgraded to the Famiana Beach Resort and Spa. Both were great places to stay, the staff is very attentive and courteous and the rooms were clean.
