"We had a great stay in the suite, there was good closet space, living room space, a king bedroom and a fairly large bathroom. Hotel uses the middle eastern style bidet (no hose or toilet automation). WiFi was good when the hotel wasn’t busy. Nice pool area, no gym on property. For the suite, the TV only faces the bedroom leaving a mirror on the living room side. There are modern outlets at the beds for charging, but found the normal power plugs are still faster."

"We had high expectations of our stay at the chateau. Unfortunately we were not allowed to check in. The reservation, which I had prepaid, was not honored. We were told by the reception people they don’t work with Expedia/hofels.com. And therefore cannot let us in. This has never happened to me before. Such a big property and they kick us if? I still can’t believe. I’m not struggling to get a refund. The property would not even send a simple message to the booking website. Or to me. Complete...

"The worst stay in my life, and I contact hotels but no help, they dont understand my conplain. Sewage smell Very dirty You need to wait up to one hours to get inside. Twice the neighbours calls the owner. You are in middel of the old city. DONT. After this experience I dont trust hotels.com"

"Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights in Auberge Les Roches. We arrived by rental car around sunset and were pleased to have a complimentary tajin dinner that night. Not only is the “Desert Villa” breathtakingly beautiful, but so was the atmosphere because of the hospitality of the owner Youssef and his brother. "This was a fabulous experience in the Moroccan Sahara. Hassan and his team worked very hard to meet all our requests and exceeded our expectations. The food was great and they organised a fabulous tour of the area. The tents were clean and had great facilities, making for a comfortable stay. "Starting with reception in the arrival, we stayed for an hour as they can’t found the reservation then they can’t determine the payment. Then we got apartment with no warmers machine which lead to the sickness of whole family. The weather temperature was -2. We were really frustrated from this experience."

"This hotel is amazing. The room and swimming pool were spotless, and I appreciated being allowed to check in early. All the staff were welcoming and kind. A special thanks to Mr. Hassan, who arranged activities for us and helped us find a supermarket. The breakfast was delicious, and my kids especially loved the pasta! :) If I visit Merzouga again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you for making our experience so memorable."
