"We had a nice stay at this place. It was very clean upon arrival, and the host was friendly and helpful. The accommodation had everything we needed, making us feel safe and comfortable. However, I can't give it a perfect score due to ants crawling on the bed and in our luggage, as well as thin walls that made it easy to hear noise from below. Despite these issues, I would still recommend it."

"This was a great experience and friendly staff. The only tricky thing was parking. There's a lot across the street $55.00 for overnight. Besides that the bar in the lobby is very quaint, actually the whole lobby area is very nice and the gym is small but has quite a few options. I would stay here again. "

"The Gaslamp hostel is an excellent place to stay in heart of downtown San Diego for budget travelers. It's close to the airport and several major tourist attractions and also has amazing dining options around. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the amenities are well maintained and clean. The only downside is that since it is located in a bustling area, over the weekends, it was extremely noisy in the area around and hence quite difficult to sleep with with all the party sounds pouring...

"Great property I was in for a quick trip for a show at House of Blues and was perfect location. Easy to walk around and find things. Near plenty of transportation options. The entire stag was amazing and so nice. Breakfast was great each mornin plus the snack wardrobes on each floor. Would recommend and stay again next. Oh Maritza was super helpful as well as the other woman I missed her name. The doormen also pay close attention to who is coming and going making it feel very safe. "

"The location was wonderful. Our room was quiet, clean, and had a lovely view of both city and water. The pool/ hot tub area was clean and spacious. Since the hotel caters more to the mature and business travelers, we were able to enjoy the amenities without being overwhelmed by young children. "
