"We had a spacious comfy room and bed ! We al enjoyed breakfast on the premises. However the TV had no access to EPG or ability to change colour or brightness settings - nor did it have subtitles! Also we could not reduce the AC in the room and it was really too hot at 24deg on the night we stayed . These issues were disappointing, however ang staff we encountered were eager and helpful."

"This property was great and would have given it 5 stars all around if it had breakfast and lunch options especially when relaxing around the pool. Pool was great and clean (minus the tree that kept dropping stuff in but that couldn’t be helped). Would definitely stay again. "

" Conveniently located, few steps away from a bus stop where you can catch bus 304 or 343 to Downtown, there are supermarkets nearby and a lot of restaurants. My room has a nice kitchen and a balcony. A 25 meters swimming pool on the ground floor, nice and clean, jacuzzi and sauna room too!"

"The quality of service was outstanding, with attentive staff ensuring every detail was taken care of. The room was impeccably clean, and the fresh towels provided daily added a touch of luxury. Its convenient location, close to shops and the bus stop, made getting around incredibly easy. "Enjoyed my stay here. Staff were lovely and helpful and hotel was good location. Room was smallish but I already knew that when booking. The walls are pretty thin and you hear the trains, showers/plumbing and people opening and closing doors. Bring ear plugs. Enjoyed the tacos from the restaurant in the hotel too. I'd stay here again. "

"Lovely Boutique Hotel. Walking distance to the Light Rail. Located on the edge of Chinatown. Continental breakfast more than sufficient though only specialty coffees (for a price) and instant coffee availabe. "

"Messed up my booking/room but was fine. Noisy but literally in the middle of the city. Be warned its shared bathrooms and a few flights of stairs with no elevator. Not easy to carry 21kg luggage up there"

"I have stayed here multiple times since 2015. Very convenient for transport links as within 5 minutes walk from Central Station. Property clean. A basic room is quite small but fine for my needs. Staff very helpful. No mouse or disturbance so always get a good nights sleep. Luggage storage facilities available."
