"Stayed in the log style cabins. Lovely place to stay. Clean and tidy. Quiet and tranquil with lovely surroundings. I was very impressed with the accommodation and grounds. There is limited parking. We had a dedicated parking spot for our cabin and someone on the 2nd night decided to park their car there for the last few nights of our stay. "This property is amazing. Just think? you are staying in a 1500's character established Home that is now a Hotel it made my daughter and I feel so special, the staff are kind and accommodating and the Breakfast is amazingly delicious and plentiful. "Went away for my birthday. Plans were cancelled due to bad weather. Facilities brilliant. The staff went above and beyond and were amazing and made our stay even better. The food is nice but a bit expensive. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. "

Busy but quiet

"Busy hotel but extremely quiet room. Usually you hear the corridor door slam every time someone passes through, or their footsteps on the floor. The room we had was silent! We couldn’t hear people or cars at all. We had the Superior King room and it was so lovely and spacious. The breakfast was great too!"
