"We had to stay overnight due to a flight cancelation. The staff was very friendly, espeically with having to deal an extensive line at 10:30pm of others with a flight cancelation. We are a family of 4. They gave us a room with 3 beds which we appreciated. Unfortunately we got the old, un-renovated room. It was fine for 1 night. Another couple we spoke with got a renovated room and they said it was lovely. Would only stay again if we had an updated room. The lobby and pool area have been updated...

"I felt. Like I was home very cozy and comfortable. So many places to walk sit and read. Room I had was amazing great view of the ocean. Easy to do laundry I hated having to leave. Only thing was. A little high price. Which is the reason I could only stay 7 days. One thing that bothered me is that I had to pay more. For two beds instead of king!!"

"The room was spacious and comfortable. Was quiet on the 12th floor with a great view. (My husband saw whales!) It was right on the beach and it was a great place to swim, even early in the morning. The breakfast buffet was nice, with pancakes and bacon but also some local choices, like noodles and salad. The staff were friendly and helpful. The desk clerk Kim made us feel more welcome than any other person we met this week! Mahalo"

"Beautiful property, the same place we stayed when we got married in Maui in January 2000. We returned this year to celebrate our 25th anniversary and very much enjoyed our stay. Only downside - we booked Teppan-Yaki Dan for our anniversary dinner - the same as we did for our wedding - only to find that the venue was quite remarkably different than it was back then… a smaller space tucked out of the way. "The staff was so friendly and helpful. The property was clean and has gorgeous views. We saw so much from our lanai from tons of sea turtles; dolphins; and even a large whale. Also a short walk takes you to a large parking lot with a huge variety of AMAZING food trucks to choose from. It’s a very convenient location. "
