The hotel staff was outstanding! They met my request for an upper floor, but we changed it to a first floor room due to the volume of luggage we had. They were so accommodating with whatever worked best for us. Fe at the front desk was totally focused on ensuring we had a nice stay. The airport shuttle was exactly on time. The attached restaurant had incredible bbq ribs too!

The room was comfortable and roomy. I chose it because of the price and location and was very pleasantly surprised when we saw the property upon checking in. It was a beautiful setting right on a beach and was very quiet. I would stay here again.

Maui Seaside hotel is very clean they take great care of their landscaping. They have a great view and is close to the shops. Staff is friendly and they even have an airport shuttle for free.

Our room was just remodeled. They did an excellent job with the design and the finishes. We especially liked the backlighting along the headboard and on the bathroom mirror. Each evening they lit fire pits by the poolside. Very nice touch. The only issue we encountered was the small and tight parking spaces, sometimes crawling out the passenger seat to exit the car.

I would not stay here. Hidden fees were charged onto my card without knowing. The room was from the 50s and I don’t think it’s ever been renovated. No black out blinds. The bathroom towels were stained. The bathroom walls had stains and grim on them. The tv was from the 80s. Had to wear shoes in the room as the floors were old and not great. All and all very disgusting.

An excellent (and beautiful) location - the premises were clean, attractive, comfortable and so inviting! The staff were ALL pleasant, professional, efficient and genuinely reflect the Aloha, Mahalo and Ohana spirits! There is an excellent restaurant on site as well! I'll definitely be back!

Fe who greeted us upon coming went above and beyond the code of duty to accommodate us. Although we arrived earlier than scheduled she stored our luggage and helped with my broken suitcase. Moreover the transportation provided by the property is a plus.
