"Our second time staying here, we had a great vacation. This is the perfect family resort. It is safe, clean, has great pools and a nice beach. The units are nice - we got placed next in a room next to an elevator shaft which kept making very loud and ominous noises every time it was used (so, every few minutes) but the reception staff were accommodating and allowed us to switch rooms to another available unit. "This was an amazing property and everything we were hoping for. The customer service was outstanding. We especially liked the tiki bar restaurant and server Wend-Orrie. Our room was very well stocked, and we were able to get clean sheets and towels within minutes of asking. The pools and property were very well-maintained and manicured. I would be hard-pressed to stay anywhere else after this wonderful experience."

"The view was beautiful from the balcony as it was right on the beach. Unit was very clean and had everything you needed for an enjoyable vacation. The king bed was comfortable and it is always nice to have a washer & dryer. The one recommendation I would make would be to upgrade the living room furniture as it is very uncomfortable and outdated. "

The restaurant food is just ok with the service being just ok as well. The staff were not overly friendly and rarely smiled. "Liked the beach. Liked the boardwalk for walking. Liked the policy re lounge chairs and their enforcement of the policy. Restaurant options were limited. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Auntie's Kitchen was rather mediocre. Duke's nearby was better. Would have like to know beforehand that units have washer/dryer as we would have packed less. "

"They have a large swimming pool. It is right on the beach. They have 2 sections, we were in the B side, it was perfect as the sun didn’t hit the balcony. Our condo wasn’t clean when we arrived - the floor was dirty. I would stay there again"
