"When you first get there, it seems like it's a standard, up-to-standards Japanese business hotel. But...my request of having a corner and/or a room not in between two other active rooms was not honored. Then I got placed in a room next to the elevator. I didn't notice it at first, but I could hear the elevator noise going up and down ALL THE TIME. Either the elevator is faulty and/or the walls are too thin. "這是一家非常有歷史的旅館，很有昭和風情，保存得非常好，房間都是塌塌米鋪床的形式，和式茶几，一個人住空間剛好，方便大行李箱打開，離松江站非常近，旁邊就是7-11，好口碑的各式餐廳都在附近，慢慢散步十分鐘內就可以搭船去看松江城。價格又實惠，實在沒得挑，唯一的缺點是老旅館當然沒有電梯，但是服務人員會幫忙搬行李上下樓，下次還會再來松江，應該還是會選擇這裡。"

"My Japanese Mother-In-Law, wife and daughter stayed at the hotel for one night. Through the food and morning buffet was good the room was not in good condition. They notice a rotten smell as well as the washroom was not cleaned very well. They actually changed rooms. Also the futon and bedding should be replaced. "

"I really liked the concept of this community house, which is not yet very common in Japan, as well as the location with easy access to the station, bus terminal, shops, and dining options. Although I did not try, the first floor of the guest house is a stylish restaurant. The only thing I wished they had provided was a little bedside lamp in the room. I will definitely use it again."

"Although it was a capsule hotel, it was very comfortable. If you are going to keep things in the fridge and it disappears, it’s most likely the staff is holding onto it if you are bringing luggage it’s a better hotel if you only have one piece of luggage. "

"This was our second stay at a Toyoko property in Japan. Rooms were super clean, great amenities from laundry machines to baggage storage and just a short walk to the train station. The best part was the wonderful Japanese breakfast! Lots of variety and very yummy food to fuel up for a day of sightseeing in Matsue. A very comfortable stay."
