Unfortunately, although the host was responsive and sent a technician, the electric kitchenette didn't work, I was able to cook only once! "While at the hotel the fob programmer for the keys broke down. We were not provided a key for the room until the last 12 hours of our stay. We had the security guard open the room for us every time (he was nice). When you check in the request you wear a bracelet. There is no other reason other than access to the hotel for the bracelet. "Clean and very convenient hotel, right on the Playa Norte malecón. Wonderful, helpful staff. Note that there is a lot of traffic and banda noise; you get used to it after a few days. This is typical of Mexican holiday destinations - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Great place, but the rooms are definitely not soundproof!"

"The staff is very friendly and top notch. The beach is very clean and one of the best in Mazatlan. The dining at the hotel is limited, however, there are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. Very clean. Property can use some TLC and limit bands playing on the beach."

"Located directly on the beach, this boutique resort did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, helpful and genuine. While there was only one small intimate restaurant, the chef created delicious and plentiful options for his guests. The various entertain events proved very enjoyable. The best part was the expansive beach and its proximity to great restaurants and bars. If you are looking for a small, quiet, and peaceful resort, this is a great option. "

"Very clean place, very friendly staff and good value for the money. The only issue is that it is very noisy on the beach and with a bars in adjacent properties, but that is a problem in most of the Golden Zone of Mazatlan. Lots of Banga Bands on the beach pumping their music through speakers and open air bars playing music until 2 am. "

"The hotel staff was amazing! So attentive, friendly and always made sure we were taken care of. The room was ok… the hot water took forever to come out, there were lots of days we had to shower with lukewarm water… The towels felt like sand paper… the tub would clog up as well. As far as dining, the food was delicious, lots of options to choose from. Overall would rate the hotel a solid 8/10."

"My stay was great. Only one area that could be better was that when we were at the pool we had to go and find someone to order drinks and food. I know first world problems but we really just wanted to tip your waiters and talk to them. The rooms were spotless and the grounds were well kept. "
