La chambre était très spacieuse, propre, confortable et dotée de toutes les commodités possibles (cuisinette, salle de bain privée, salon et chambre avec TV, etc.) La température des pièces était bien régularisée, mais la machine produit un bruit vraiment fort pendant son fonctionnement, et comme elle est dans la chambre, ça peut être quelque peu irritant au moment de se coucher. "

"I was upgraded from superior room to junior suite and it was AMAZING. Room was stunning and comfortable. Concierge sent up cookies. Housekeeping kept me supplied with bottled waters and holiday chocolates. Front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Concierge helped with dinner reservations. I would return to Montreal just to stay at this hotel."

"The hotel was in good condition, clean and the staff was great. There was available indoor parking. Parking was quite tight and required a bit of maneouvering. Climate control wasn't great. We were quite cold and we could get temperature above 20C. The hotel staff was very nice about it and provided extra blankets. "
