Just the staff is an A PLUS, its located at the end of the tourist area , its quiet and have lot of places for dining and breakfast. It was very cold when we stayed, but they helped us set the heater . No TV , but for the price is fine

The hotel was amazing. It was located right in the middle of shopping area. Everywhere was in walking distance. The owner help us to plan our destination and we also bought amazing almond sweets from his shop. I strongly recommend this place!!

5 kişilik arkadaşlarımızla yapılan bir gezinin konmaklama durağı oldu. İşletme sahibi ile aramızdaki ilişki tamamen bir kardeşleri edasındaydi. Her konuda yardımcı oldu , sorunsuz tatilimizin baş yapıtlarından birisiydi. Otele gelecek olursak aile odasında konakladık ve gerçekten mükemmel bir odaydı. Mükemmel ötesi bir dost masası kurabileceğiniz harika teras bulunuyor. Bu arada otelin alt katında kuru yemisci dükkanı işletiyor Teyyar abi . Kesinlikle çıkmadan önce alışverişinizi yapmanızı öneririm.

Tuttuğumuz oda rutubet kokuyordu, çok ağır bir koku vardı. Farklı taş evde kaldığımızda böyle bir koku yoktu. Koku nedeniyle ve resimlerle örtüşmediği için konaklama yapmadık. Ücret iptalinide yapmadıkları için ücretimiz yanmış oldu farklı bir otel bularak konaklama yaptık. Tavsiye etmem.

Rezervasyonu ve ödemesi yapılan iki odadan birinin olmadığı ellerinde tek oda olduğu söylediler.Acentenin yani Hotels.com'un hata yaptığını ifade edip diğer odayı farklı bir oda (hücre , çile evi) tahsis ettiler. Çok Yorgunduk ve mecalimiz kalmamıştı mecbur yerleştik. Oda en üstte tırmanarak çıktık. Perişan olduk. REZİLDİ. Ne Mardin'e ne de bölgeye yakışmadı. Ülkem ve sektör adına hepinizden utandım..

Malesef konaklamamızdan memnun kalmadık, zaten konaklamayı tamamlayamadık. 2 adet çift kişilik yataklı ıda rezervasyonu yaptım ama 1 çift yataklı 1 de tek yataklı oda verildi, eğer odalar nemden kaşımabilecek durumda olsa bunu sorun etmezdik ancak teras kısmında verilen odalarda pencere yok, çok küçük odalar, banyo çok küçük, nem kokusundan astım olan arkadaşımız nefes alamadı ve akşam kaşmadan otelden ayrılmak zorunda kaldık. Kötü bir tecrübeydi

IMPRESENTABLE Y PELIGROSO
Le he comentado al dueño, que parece que estas en una obra de reparacion sin acabar pero el no piensa cambiar nada. Los pisos de arriba subes por dos escaleras verticales muy peligrosas y de obra. Tiene una bomba al descubierto bombeando. El baño impresentable siempre con agua por no drenar. Mejor ver las fotos.
